The work should be submitted to as follows:
- The full paper including the abstract.
- Cover page including:
- The sub-specialty of the work.
- Names of all the participants and the presenter's name underlined.
- The birth date of the presenter.
- The contact information (mobile and email).
- The file should be *.doc or *.docx; no other format will be accepted.
- The font used should be Times New Roman 12 points with single line spacing.
- The page margins should be 2.5 cm from all four sides (top, bottom, right & left).
Accepted work presenters' will be notified by email by 15th of January 2013 by the way of presentation (oral or poster).
Deadline for Submissions is 15th of November 2012
